Biography:
During his first year in law school, Mr. Lustberg interned at the Essex County Public Defenders Office and was awarded the Pro Bono Service Award. He later earned a Public Interest Fellowship which included work as an intern in a legal aid office in Camden, New Jersey. Also during law school, Mr. Lustberg served as a research assistant to Professor Carl Coleman of Seton Hall University School of Law in conjunction with Professor Coleman's preparation of an article discussing human subject research risk assessment procedures of federal administrative agencies.

Later during his law school career, Mr. Lustberg worked as a law clerk at the firm of Castano Quigley, LLC in West Caldwell, New Jersey. He also participated in Seton Hall University's Juvenile Justice Clinic.

After graduation from law school, Mr. Lustberg clerked for the Honorable Mark B. Epstein, J.S.C., in Middlesex County, New Jersey, and was employed by McLennan & Bialkowski, LLC in Paramus, New Jersey.
