Mr. Couch is a member of the New Jersey (2000), New York (2002), District of New Jersey (2000), Southern District of New York (2004) and Eastern District of New York Bars (2004).

Biography:
Mr. Couch is an associate at Connell Foley and practices primarily in the area of business litigation with a focus on franchise litigation. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Essex County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and DRI (Defense Research Institute) where he serves as the Young Lawyer's Liaison to the Aerospace Law Committee.


In 2000, Mr. Couch earned a Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law where he was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Seton Hall University Journal of Sport Law and the author of "How Agent Competition and Corruption Affects Sports and the Athlete-Agent Relationship and What Can Be Done to Control It," 10 Seton Hall J. Sport L. 111 (2000).  In 1997, Mr. Couch earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Fordham University where he played varsity baseball 1993-97. He was co-captain of the team in 1997.
