Biography:
Ms. Tantalla focuses her practice on environmental related issues and has assisted in matters involving site remediation, cost recovery, insurance coverage compliance and regulatory issues, natural resource damages and has extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations. She is an active litigator in state and federal courts and has represented clients in a variety of matters, including commercial disputes, product liability claims, mass litigation and environmental litigation, regulatory and compliance matters.
Ms. Tantalla received her Juris Doctor degree and Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. While attending law school, Ms. Tantalla served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. Upon graduation, she served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli, Assignment Judge, Ocean County, Superior Court of New Jersey. Ms. Tantalla joined Connell Foley LLP in 2001.
