Biography:
Mr. Mody practices in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts, with emphasis on complex insurance coverage, contractual and environmental matters. He previously served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Lawrence Weiss, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, and as Judicial Intern to the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden, U.S.D.J. in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and New Jersey State Bar Association.
