Biography:
Prior to joining Connell Foley, LLP, Mr. McCarthy worked as an associate at another New Jersey law firm and served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Boggia, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage.
During law school, Mr. McCarthy was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. He is a member of the Justice Morris Pashman Inns of Court and a Certified Mediator by the State of New Jersey. Mr. McCarthy is presently serving as a Councilman for the Borough of Fair Lawn, Bergen County and as a Commissioner on the Bergen County Housing Authority.
