Mr. Allogramento’s bankruptcy practice focuses on both litigation and transactional work, including the representation of both debtors and creditors in chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases.   He also has a wide-range of experience in litigating complex matters in state and federal courts, including breach of contract, fraudulent transfer, preference actions and non-dischargeability suits.  Additionally, Mr. Allogramento has experience assisting debtors with the wind-down of businesses outside of bankruptcy and representing creditors in the collection of debts.

Prior to joining Connell Foley in 2006, Mr. Allogramento worked for over three years as an associate at a mid-sized New Jersey law firm where, in addition to working on bankruptcy and creditor’s rights matters, he developed a broad range of experience on issues ranging from estate planning and corporate law to construction and surety law.  Mr. Allogramento received his J.D. from Emory University and, while in law school, was Managing Editor of the Bankruptcy Developments Journal and also served as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Justice.”
