Publications

Mr. Bauer maintains a complex litigation practice concentrating in product liability, premises liability, transportation and general business disputes. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and its Trucking Law Committee as well as U.S. Law Network's Retail and Transportation Practice Groups. Mr. Bauer also participates as a Barrister in the Worrall F. Mountain American Inn of Court.

 

While in law school, he was both a Member (1994-1995) and an Articles Editor (1995-1996) of the Rutgers Law Journal. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Bauer was the Law Clerk for the Hon. Steven L. Lefelt, J.S.C. (now J.A.D., retired).

 

Mr. Bauer served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy from 1988 to 1992.
