Aaron
M. Bender is an associate in Connell
Foley’s Business Litigation and
Professional Liability practice
groups. He represents clients in a
wide variety of matters, including
complex commercial litigation and
professional liability matters.
Mr.
Bender
regularly counsels architects and
engineers in negligence and
malpractice claims arising during
all phases of project development, from the initial design and design
implementation stages through
construction management and into
post-construction. Additionally,
he has represented a wide variety
of clients in various complex
commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Connell Foley,
Mr. Bender worked in a large regional
defense firm for two years. Upon
graduation from law school, he
served as Law Clerk to the Honorable
Mary Ann K. Bielamowicz of the
Superior Court of New Jersey for
Mercer County.
During law school, he served as
the Special Projects Editor of the
Villanova Environmental Law
Journal. Mr. Bender was also a
participant in the Villanova Moot
Court Competition making it to the
sixteenth round.
