Meghan Barrett Burke is an associate in the Real Estate and Land Use and Construction Law practice groups at Connell Foley.  Since joining the firm in 2006, she has been involved in a large number of complex commercial litigations and transactions.  Her practice focuses primarily on construction matters, representing owners, developers and contractors in all aspects of their business.  Additionally, Ms. Burke has assisted with a variety of real estate and land use transactions, including acquisitions, tax appeals and land use applications.   

 

Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Ms. Burke served as a law clerk to the Hon. Dennis M. Cavanaugh, District Judge in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, for the 2005-2006 term. She was a summer associate with Connell Foley in 2004, and prior to that interned with another prominent regional law firm.
