Elizabeth W.
Eaton focuses her practice on Real
Estate Law and Land Use and
Environmental Law. She
has been involved in a large number
of real estate transactions, from
acquisitions and sales to tax
appeals and land use. Ms. Eaton was
profiled in New Jersey Real
Estate's 2007 "New Jersey Women
in Real Estate" article, in which
her many professional
accomplishments were lauded.
Ms. Eaton
held various offices of the
Women's Law Center while attending
Boston College Law School. She was a
quarterfinalist in the Boston
College Moot Court Competition and a
member of the Boston College
National Moot Court Team.
Prior to joining Connell Foley, Ms.
Eaton served as Judicial Clerk for
the Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli,
Assignment Judge of the Superior
Court of New Jersey, Ocean County
(1997-1998 court year).
