Christopher M. Hemrick joined
the firm in 2007 as an associate
in the Business Litigation and
Bankruptcy, Reorganization and
Creditors’ Rights practice
groups.
Mr. Hemrick's
practice focuses
on complex
commercial and federal
litigation, including bankruptcy
litigation, as well as
representing both debtors and
creditors in bankruptcy
proceedings venued
throughout New York, New Jersey
and Delaware.
In 2004, Mr. Hemrick received a B.A.,
magna cum laude, in Philosophy,
Politics and Law from Binghamton University, State University of New York, where he was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D.,
cum laude, in 2007 from St. John's University School of Law, where he was a St. Thomas More Scholar and an Articles Editor for the
St. John’s Law Review. While in law school, he was also a member of the school’s Securities Arbitration Clinic.
Mr. Hemrick was a
summer associate at Connell Foley in 2006.
