Jodi Anne Hudson is a member of the
firm's Business Litigation and
Insurance Law practice groups. Since
joining Connell Foley in 2000, she
has tried more than 30 cases
focusing largely on civil litigation
and insurance coverage and
defense. Ms. Hudson served as an
Assistant District Attorney in the
Bronx County District Attorney's
Office from 1997 to 2000. In March
2008, Ms. Hudson was designated by
The Board of Trial Attorney
Certification of the Supreme Court
of New Jersey as a Certified Civil
Trial Attorney.
While in Law School, Ms. Hudson was
a member of the Interscholastic Moot
Court Board, where she competed in
the National Moot Court Competition,
finishing third in the nation. She
was also awarded Second Best Oralist
honors in the Northeast Region at
the regional round of the national
competition. Ms. Hudson published
"Complying with Title IX of the
Education Amendments of 1972: The
Never-Ending Race to the Finish Line,"
5 Seton Hall J. Sport L. 575 (1995),
while serving as the Outside
Articles Editor of the Sports Law
Journal at Seton Hall School of
Law.
Ms.
Hudson also serves as
Director of the Interscholastic Moot
Court Board at Seton Hall School of
Law, a position she has held since
2000. The Board is currently ranked
2nd in the country by
lawschooladvocacy.com.
Ms. Hudson served as President of
Seton Hall Law’s School’s Alumni
Council from January of 2008 to
April of 2009. She currently serves
as on the Executive Board as the
Immediate Past President.
