Daniel B. Kessler is an associate in the
Taxation and Estate Planning Group,
engaging in tax and asset protection
planning for individuals,
businesses, nonprofit organizations,
estates and trusts, and representing
individuals in probate court
matters.
Mr. Kessler earned his J.D., cum
laude, and his M.A., Phi
Kappa Phi, from Arizona State
University’s joint degree program in
clinical psychology and the
law. While in graduate school, Mr.
Kessler served as Executive Editor
of Jurimetrics: The ABA Journal of
Law, Science and Technology and as
a therapist for families referred by
the Maricopa County Superior Court
System due to personal hardships associated
with the family and probate court
systems. |
