Daniel B.
Kessler focuses his practice on
estate and gift tax planning,
business succession planning, asset
protection planning and probate
court matters.He has counseled individuals,
businesses, nonprofit organizations,
estates and trusts in these areas,
providing advice on a wide array of
sophisticated domestic and
international planning matters.
Mr. Kessler
received his Masters of Law (LL.M.)
in taxation from
New YorkUniversity, a program
ranked first in the nation.
He also earned his law degree
(J.D.),
cum laude, and his Masters in
Clinical Psychology (M.A.),
phi kappa phi, from
ArizonaState
University’s
joint degree program in clinical
psychology and the law, one of the
most selective joint degree programs
of its kind.While in graduate school, Mr.
Kessler served as Executive Editor
of Jurimetrics: The
ABA
Journal of Law, Science and
Technology, and as a therapist for
families referred by the Maricopa
County Superior Court System due to
hardships associated with the family
and probate court systems.
