Jessica L. Palmer joined Connell
Foley LLP in 2010 and practices in
the employment law and business
litigation areas. Before
joining Connell Foley, Ms. Palmer
had the honor of serving as Law
Clerk to the Honorable Robert P.
Contillo, Superior Court of New
Jersey, Chancery-General Equity Part
for the 2009-2010 term. Ms.
Palmer was a 2008 Summer Associate
at Connell Foley and a 2007 Legal
Intern at the
United States
Marshals Service, Office of General
Counsel, in
Arlington,
Virginia.
Ms. Palmer is a 2006 graduate of
McGill University and a 2009 graduate of the American University, Washington College of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Palmer
served as a Marshall-Brennan Fellow,
teaching Constitutional Law to
students at
Eastern
High School in the District of Columbia.
Ms. Palmer also represented
disabled clients in the
District of Columbia
through the Washington College of
Law Disability Rights Law Clinic.
Ms. Palmer was a member of the
Editorial Board of American
University’s International Law
Review, serving as a Note and
Comments Editor. Ms. Palmer also
earned the Don Monroe Casto
Constitutional Law Award, given to
the student with the highest grade
in Constitutional Law.
