During his career with Connell
Foley, Gregory E. Peterson has been
involved in a wide array of
litigation cases, including complex
commercial, breach of contract,
insurance defense, personal injury,
products liability, construction and
professional liability matters. Mr.
Peterson participates in all aspects
of litigation, including initial
case assessment; discovery drafting;
fact, expert and corporate designee
depositions; trial preparation;
trial and appellate practice; and
motion practice including temporary
restraining orders and orders to
show cause seeking equitable
relief.
Peterson was a member of the
Public Interest Law Journal at
Boston University School of Law and
authored several articles for that
