Stacie L. Powers joined Connell Foley in 2010 and practices in the area of Insurance Law.  Prior to joining Connell Foley, she worked for another Essex County law firm in the Civil Litigation group.  Ms. Powers clerked for the Honorable Eugene J. Codey, Jr., Presiding Judge of the Civil Division, Superior Court of New Jersey, for the 2006-2007 term. 

Ms. Powers is an active member of the Essex County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section.  She currently serves on the Executive Committee as Secretary and has been elected Treasurer for the 2011-2012 term.  She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Federal Bar Association.   

Ms. Powers is a 2003 graduate of Muhlenberg College and a 2006 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law.  While in law school, she served as a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board.  Ms. Powers also worked part-time for a law firm dedicated exclusively to Insurance Defense.  

Ms. Powers has been recognized as a 2011 New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star.
