Mr. Scuderi is a transactional lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of business, corporate and real estate matters. He has extensive experience representing commercial lending institutions in a variety of transactions, including permanent loans, construction and development loans, asset-based loan facilities, loan restructuring and workouts. He also has experience with debtor-in-possession financing and securitized loans, including defeasance refinances.
Mr. Scuderi regularly counsels business entities, medical practices and individuals in a wide array of sophisticated transactional matters, including commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, asset purchases, stock purchases, mergers, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, contract drafting and corporate transactions.
Mr. Scuderi has represented debtors, creditors and trustees in numerous bankruptcy-related matters. He has also appeared before municipal planning, zoning and architectural review boards.
