Ms. Seth joined the
firm in 2007 as an associate with the Corporate Law and Transactions and Real Estate Law and Land Use practice groups. Her work focuses on the transactional side of both practice groups.
In 2007, Ms. Seth earned a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Seth served as a
Judicial Intern to the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr., United States District Judge and the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo, United States Magistrate Judge. In addition, she was a participant in the Rutgers School of Law Community Law Clinic (Corporate Division).
During law school, Ms. Seth also worked with fellow classmates to establish the Asian American Legal Project (AALP), a free legal clinic dedicated to educating low income Asian Americans on their immigration and employment rights. The founders of AALP were awarded the Minority Student Program Public Service Award as well as the Equal Justice Works Service Award.
Ms. Seth served as a
summer associate with Connell Foley in 2006.
