Joseph A. Villani Jr. joined the Firm in 2006 as an associate with the Corporate Law and Real Estate Law practice groups. Mr. Villani has represented clients in a variety of transactions, including stock purchases, asset acquisitions and loan transactions. 

 

Mr. Villani distinguished himself during his law school career as a semi-finalist and top-ten brief author in the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition. He was also a member of the Boston College Law School Civil Litigation Clinic. While at Trinity College, he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

 

Prior to joining Connell Foley, Mr. Villani served as a summer intern for the Bronx County District Attorney's Office.
