Jason E. Marx


Jason E. Marx devotes his practice to the areas of estate planning; wills and trusts; estate administration; probate and trust litigation; tax and business planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies; and business succession planning.

In addition and as a special component of his practice, Mr. Marx counsels individuals and families who are faced with the legal and financial challenges of having elderly or special needs family members. This includes advice on special needs trusts, Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), guardianship, long term care planning, and other related issues.

Mr. Marx also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with the administration of estates and trusts. He works with tax authorities on both the state and federal level in connection with the auditing of tax returns, both for individuals filing personal income tax and gift tax returns and for estates filing estate tax returns.
