Jennifer C. Critchley

Ms. Critchley practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Banking Law & Finance Practice Groups.  She focuses her practice on complex business disputes and disputes relating to check fraud, unauthorized banking transactions and other banking issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code.

Ms. Critchley has been involved in a wide variety of successful representations in both federal and state courts of New Jersey and New York.  Examples include representation of a national bank in numerous check fraud litigations, representation of a major entertainment company in a fraud class action involving New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act and New Jersey’s Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act and representation of a multi-national chemical products and services company in a patent infringement case.  While Ms. Critchley has successfully represented large corporations, she has devoted significant time to and has found great reward in representing small companies in commercial litigations involving contract disputes, construction disputes, unfair competition and trade libel.
