Molly Hurley Kellett
Molly Hurley Kellett practices primarily in the areas of professional liability, labor and employment and commercial litigation. She regularly defends professional firms and licensed professionals, including attorneys, architects and engineers, in malpractice litigation. She also represents management and employers in litigation in both federal and state courts, and handles commercial litigation matters for a wide array of clients.
Ms. Kellett recently became a barrister in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court, which seeks to promote legal excellence in civil litigation and fidelity to the highest standards of professionalism.
Prior to joining Connell Foley, Ms. Kellett served as law clerk to the Honorable Heidi Willis Currier, J.S.C., Law Division-Civil Part in the Middlesex Vicinage. While attending law school, she was a member of the Seton Hall Law Circuit Review and participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic of the Center for Social Justice. Also during law school, Ms. Kellett served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas V. Manahan, Presiding Judge, Criminal Division, Morris Vicinage and was a summer associate at Connell Foley. She graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a Bachelors of Science in Management in Legal Studies of Business and Marketing.
Ms. Kellett is currently a member of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation’s New York Young Professionals group, whose mission is to raise funds and awareness for multiple myeloma research.
