Rutgers to hold Licensed Site Remediation Professional Seminar
Rutgers’ Continuing Education Program is offering a day-long session on New Jersey’s recently-enacted Site Remediation Reform Act, which, among other things, provides for the “privatization” of site remediation approvals by private consultants. Qualified private consultants may become Licensed Site Remediation Professionals and assume many of the oversight responsibilities for site remediation which were formerly done by NJDEP, including issuing what was formerly known as No Further Action Letters.
