Professional
Liability Litigation Associate:
Connell Foley LLP seeks associate with 2 - 4 years of Litigation
Associate experience who is capable of handling complex professional
liability files from start to finish in the following malpractice
areas: Lawyers, Architects and Engineers, Financial Services,
Directors and Officers and Accountants. Experience in Chancery and
Fair Debt Collection Practice Act defense is desirable. Additional
bar admissions in NY/PA considered a plus.
General Litigation
Associate (PA/NJ):
Connell Foley LLP seeks a litigation associate admitted
in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with 1 - 3 years of experience
for cases including tort, personal injury, and contract. Experience
in the Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas a necessity.
