Mr. Shalit's session
will address multistate taxation and asset protection
issues relating the privately owned businesses.
Shalit is a member of the firm's
taxation and estate
planning
and limits his practice to
tax planning for individuals, businesses, nonprofit
organizations, IRS controversies, estates and trusts, with
particular emphasis on estate planning and asset protection
planning.
Shalit lectures extensively on estate
planning, asset protection and related tax matters.
He is admitted to practice in New York, New
Jersey and the United States Tax
Court.
