Tricia B. O’Reilly Appointed as Chair of Labor and Employment Group

 

ROSELAND, N.J., March 3, 2010 --- Connell Foley LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Tricia B. O’Reilly as Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Practice Group.  For more than 15 years, O’Reilly, an accomplished litigator, has handled a broad spectrum of employment law matters for the firm’s clients.

O’Reilly has represented clients in a number of industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, grocery and specialty foods, construction, paper manufacturing, insurance, health care, chemical, energy, computer software, real estate development, and higher education.  She has litigated cases in federal and state court involving wrongful discharge claims, breach of employment contracts, violations of restrictive covenants and alleged discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, and other federal and state anti-discrimination and whistle-blower statutes.
