Jersey’s Financial Roundtable
ROSELAND, N.J. /March 7, 2011 --- Connell
Foley Partner,
John D. Cromie, was recently appointed to the Advisory
Board of the Commerce and Industry Association of New
Jersey’s (“CIANJ”) Financial Decision Makers Roundtable.
CIANJ was founded in 1927 and has in excess of 950
member firms ranging from public companies to sole
proprietorships.
CIANJ represents all areas of business and industry
in New Jersey.
The CIANJ Financial Decision Makers Roundtable is a
working group of professionals whose businesses and
practices involve financial services related issues.
The working group is comprised of accountants,
lenders, attorneys and business owners.
The group sponsors presentations to the CIANJ
membership on financial issues and topics of concern.
Cromie is Chair of Connell Foley’s
Corporate and Transactional practice group and is a
member of the firm’s
Banking, Law and Finance practice group.
He represents a wide variety of clients, ranging from
Fortune 500 companies to start-up ventures and
privately-owned family businesses.
Cromie frequently counsels borrowers and lenders on a
wide variety of financial services related issues, including
structuring of loans and credit facilities.
