Rhatican Moderates on Landlord Trends in Today’s Office Market

 

 Roseland, NJ, March 17, 2009 — James P. Rhatican Connell Foley Partner, moderated the Landlord Panel at ScheinMedia’s Law & Office New Jersey Conference, on March 11, 2009, held at the Washington Square Conference Center, Newark, NJ. Mr. Rhatican's panel consisted of representatives from several major New Jersey landlords, who discussed the unique issues attendant to law firm leases.  Among the particular topics discussed were office planning and design, financial risk and law firm management.  The discussion was set in the context of today's challenging office market. 

 

Law & Office New Jersey brought together law firm tenants with building owners, leasing brokers, architects and space planners to help gain information, insights, conversation and networking. Presentations from top-level C-Suite executives focused on a variety of topics, including landlord-tenant relationships, broker-law firm compatibility, law firm needs in growing and downsizing, moving or staying in place, design, green office planning, and much more.
