recently represented Bank of America, NA (“B of
A”), in connection with an amended and restated secured
credit facility involving a revolving loan facility and the
term loan facility for Annin & Co., Inc. at the time of an
acquisition.
Annin &
Co., Inc. publicizes itself as the oldest and largest maker
of flags in the
United States.
Annin is still family owned and operated by the Beard
and Dennis families. On January 1, 2011 Carter Beard became
the President and CEO of Annin. It employs over 500
Americans and prides itself on the quality of its products
and the experience of its people.
