Michael Shadiack Presents to National Audience on Hot Tips for Employers When Preparing an Employee Handbook

Roseland, N.J./June 13, 2011 --- Connell Foley partner Michael A. Shadiack was a featured presenter during the USLAW Network’s nation-wide webinar “Employee Handbooks: Hot Tips for Employers to Maximize the Benefits and to Avoid Common Drafting Errors” held  on June 13, 2011.

The webinar focused on empowering human resource professionals and management representatives with the knowledge and tools to formulate and implement a practical and effective employee handbook, and effectively manage employees, in compliance with federal and state employment laws.  Shadiack discussed the numerous ways that a clearly-worded and well-organized employee handbook will benefit an organization, and provided practical advice for drafting and updating an employee handbook.
