Cromie Authors Chapter for Aspatore Thought Leadership Series

ROSELAND, N.J./July 14, 2011 --- Connell Foley Partner, John D. Cromie, with the assistance of Corporate Transactional Associates, Joseph Villani and Monica Seth, recently authored a chapter on current issues and trends in the field of mergers and acquisitions law.  The chapter was featured in a book entitled “M&A Negotiations, 2010: Leading Lawyers on Structuring Transactions, Negotiating Agreements and Addressing Management.”  

 

Cromie’s chapter is part of Aspatore’s “Inside the Mind” series.
