Roseland, N.J./July 29, 2011 --- Connell Foley LLP partner Neil V. Mody accepted an invitation to present on developing insurance coverage issues and trends at the annual meeting of the National Association of Insurance Adjusters on May 10, 2011.  The two-hour presentation included in-depth analyses of major coverage rulings and legislation issued nationwide in the past twelve months, and practical insights for evaluating coverage issues in emerging fields of law.  The program also featured opportunities for insurance claim professionals to evaluate, discuss and debate hypothetical claims modeled after actual cases. 

Mody is a member of the firm's Insurance Coverage practice group. He provides litigation, counseling and excess monitoring services to domestic and internationally-based insurers in a broad range of coverage matters, including property, general liability, excess liability, professional risk and long-tail claims, as well as bad faith, reinsurance and catastrophic loss.
