the transaction on behalf of Lumber 1 and Lumber Barn. Mr.

counsel to the clients in connection with the prior
transformation by the clients of approximately 6 acres of
under-utilized, prime real estate on Eisenhower Parkway in
Roseland, New Jersey. Originally an outdoor lumber facility,
this parcel became the Downtown at Roseland
commercial shopping center, comprised of approximately
40,000 square feet of retail space, inclusive of the Lumber
Barn facility. The project involved a preliminary corporate
restructure, multiple site plan applications before the
Planning and Zoning Boards in Roseland, New Jersey, the
negotiation of 14 commercial leases and the closing of a
construction and permanent credit facility.
