ABA RE-APPOINTS KAREN PAINTER RANDALL TO LITIGATION COMMITTEE
Connell Foley LLP partner, Karen Painter Randall, has been re-appointed co-chair of the Professional Liability Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee. Ms. Randall's term will run for a period of two years, ending in 2003.
Ms. Randall has practiced for nearly fifteen years in the area of professional liability, insurance law, product liability and tort litigation. She is designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Board of Trial Attorney Certification, as a certified civil trial attorney.
As co-chair of the Professional Liability Subcommittee, Ms. Randall will have responsibilities for the Subcommittee's mid-year meeting programs, the development and presentation of programs for the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee's meetings, as well as meetings of the Section of Litigation and the ABA Annual Meeting. Ms. Randall will also be charged with preparing articles for publication in Coverage, the official publication of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee.
