ABA RE-APPOINTS GEORGE J. KENNY TO SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY
Connell Foley LLP partner George J. Kenny, has been re-appointed to the ABA's Special Committee on Medical Professional Liability by American Bar Association President, William G. Paul. Mr. Kenny has also been re-appointed to the ABA's Standing Committee on Specialization. For several years, he has chaired the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Attorney Advertising.
Mr. Kenny, who is co-author of New Jersey Insurance Law, published in 1993 with yearly supplements to date, has announced that a Second Edition of the book is planned for publication in the year 2000.
