Two more Connell Foley LLP Attorneys become Certified Civil Trial Attorneys
Connell Foley LLP is pleased to announce that Peter J. Smith and
Jeffrey L. O'Hara have each been deemed qualified by the Supreme Court
of New Jersey for designation as Certified Civil Trial Attorneys. Connell Foley LLP is widely recognized for its
achievements in trial advocacy. Presently, nineteen of the firm's litigators are certified by the Supreme
Court of New Jersey as Civil Trial Attorneys.
Smith, a 1978 graduate of the University of Notre Dame who received his law degree from Rutgers Law School,
practices primarily in the areas of construction litigation and public contract law, with a particular
emphasis in alternative dispute resolution. O'Hara graduated in 1988 form the University of California-Davis and
obtained his law degree cum laude from Widener University School of Law. O'Hara practices primarily in the
areas of petroleum
litigation, product liability and professional malpractice.
