Daren S. McNally Featured in CFO Magazine
Roseland NJ, December 7, 2006-In the December issue of CFO Magazine, partner Daren S. McNally provides commentary on large claims and Directors & Officers insurance. In “Should You Buy D&O ASAP?” the reporter explores in large part the falling prices because officers and directors have faced less fire. The article further explains that the number of annual securities class-action filings has decreased by more than 40 percent since early 2004.
