Bill Graham to Speak on Atlantic Legal Foundation Program
Connell Foley Litigation partner William H. Graham will moderate a panel discussion on Joint Defense Agreements/Common Interest Privilege at the Atlantic Legal Foundation conference on The Attorney-Client Privilege on March 10 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, D.C.
The two-day Program, the brochure for which is available here, is entitled "The Attorney-Client Privilege: Erosion, Ethics, Problems And Solutions," and includes Senator Arlen Specter, Professor Geoffrey C. Hazard, Jr. and Hon. Theodore B. Olson, former Solicitor General, as key note speakers.
