Rhatican Named One of Real Estate New Jersey's "40 Under 40"

James P. “Jay” Rhatican, a key member of Connell Foley’s Real Estate Law and Land Use and Environmental Law practice groups has been named one of Real Estate New Jersey’s “40 Under 40.” This prestigious honor will be highlighted in the publication’s March issue. Each year the magazine picks 40 individuals under the age of 40 who represent the new leadership of the commercial real estate industry in New Jersey.
Mr. Rhatican is broadly experienced in all aspects of real estate law, and has represented individuals and developers in a wide array of matters, including transactions and development of sophisticated projects throughout the state. In addition, he has provided counsel for eminent domain and regulatory takings and related litigation. Mr. Rhatican also helps clients resolve regulatory and environmental concerns related to real estate development, including wetlands, highlands, and waterfront development issues, and contamination and remediation.
