Jeffrey W. Moryan to be a Featured Speaker at DRI's 2006 "Fire and Casualty
Seminar
Roseland, N.J., July 29, 2006. On Thursday, November 2, partner Jeffrey W. Moryan will present at the 2006 “Fire and Casualty” seminar. Mr. Moryan will address ‘Combustion Toxicology in the Defense of Fire Litigation.’
The seminar will take a broad and comprehensive look at alternative causation and will feature a three-part presentation:
1. Modern standards and protocols for fire testing in the context of fire litigation
2. The transformation of that testing data into state-of-the-art graphical illustrations and computer animations for visual presentations in the courtroom
3. Keys to insuring the admissibility of such evidence at a trial
The seminar is designed for in-house counsel, risk managers, claims representatives, trial counsel and young lawyers as well as new practitioners.
