Liza M. Walsh Quoted in The National Law Journal
Roseland NJ, February 26, 2007-Liza M. Walsh discussed one approach to major intellectual property suits in the February 26, 2007 issue of The National Law Journal. In "Intellectual Property Verdicts Exceed $1.3 Billion in 2006", Walsh advocated an approach to intellectual property trials that is as simple and straightforward as possible.
The National Law Journal sought Ms. Walsh's comment on recent trends in intellectual property law because of Connell Foley's role as co-counsel with Heller Ehrman for Texas Instruments in Globespan Virata, Inc. v. Texas Instruments. In February of 2006, Texas Instruments won a $112 million jury verdict.
