UNIVERSITY COUNSEL ASSOCIATION INVITES BENNETT TO SPEAK
The National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) has invited John K. Bennett, chair of Connell Foley's Labor and Employment Law Practice Group, to address its June 26-29, 2002 annual meeting on the subject of Effective Advocacy in Labor Arbitration. Bennett has numerous published decisions to his name on various subjects of labor and employment law, and has represented universities in labor and employment matters.
