Mr. Judge practices primarily commercial litigation in the federal court in New Jersey. Known for his versatility, over the past year his diverse practice has found him arguing antitrust, intellectual property and contract issues before the federal court on behalf of various business clients; Fifth Amendment takings issues before the Court of Federal Claims; UCC, fraud, construction and products liability issues before the New Jersey state courts on behalf of bank, construction and manufacturing clients; Commerce Clause issues in a class action before the New Jersey Tax Court on behalf of trucking industry clients; and inherently beneficial land use issues before a city Zoning Board of Adjustment on behalf of a homeless shelter; all while serving his hometown as municipal prosecutor.
Mr. Judge has received from his peers an ethical standards rating of “very high,” and a professional ability rating of “very high to preeminent.” During a recent complex trial in the U.S. District Court, his client was overheard to say of this tough but ethical trial lawyer: “He was born for this.”
