Mr. Cromie was

Biography:
Mr. Cromie was a Member (1985-1987) and the Managing Editor (1986-1987) of the Seton Hall Law Review. He was a Law Secretary to the Hon. Daniel J. O'Hern, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey (1987-1988). Mr. Cromie has been an Adjunct Law Professor of Legal Writing and Research at
Seton Hall University since 1991. He is the author of
States May Selectively Authorize Regional Bank
Holding Company Acquisitions, which appeared at 17 Seton
Hall Law Review 106 (1987). Mr. Cromie is a Member of the Essex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, as well as
the American Bar Association, where he is a Member of the
Real Property and Probate Loan Practices and Lender Liability
Committee.
