Biography:
At Seton Hall Law School, Mr. Moryan was Managing
Editor, Seton Hall Law Review, 1979-1980. He is Author of Note, Religious Groups' Use of Public School Buildings during Non-school Hours Not Violative of Establishment Clause of First Amendment, 9 Seton Hall Law Review 524, 1978. He served as Legal Intern, Hon. Frederick B. Lacey, United States District Court, District of New Jersey, 1979-1980. He was Adjunct Professor, Seton Hall Law School, 1983-1984. Mr. Moryan is a Member, ABA Task Force on Franchise Law. Mr. Moryan is Master, Essex Inn of Court, American Inns of Court Foundation. He was designated an Advocate, American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a Member of the Essex County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations and the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey.
The Supreme Court of New Jersey, Board of Trial Attorney Certification, has designated Mr. Moryan a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
