Biography:
Mr. Haefner was a member of Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Dallas.
At Notre Dame Law School, Mr. Haefner was a staff member of the Journal of Legislation, 1992-1993, and held the post of Legislative Reform Editor, 1993-1994.
With Professor G. Robert Blakey, Mr. Haefner co-authored the article: "Did Reves Give Professionals A Safe Harbor under RICO?," published in the Civil RICO Report, August 1993.
Following law school, he served as Judicial Clerk to Hon. Harold A. Ackerman, United States District Court, 1994-1995 court year.
