Biography:
Mr. Fleder served as Law Secretary to Hon. Joseph H. Stamler, New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, 1969-1970, and as Legal Assistant to Administrative Director of the Courts, 1970. A member of Phi Delta Phi, Mr. Fleder is a Faculty Member of the Practising Law Institute National Construction Law Seminar. Mr. Fleder is the author of Representing the Contractor in
Defense of Owner Claims, Construction Litigation-Representing the Contractor.
A member of the Essex County, New Jersey State and American
Bar Association, Mr. Fleder served as Chairman of the New
Jersey State Committee on Public Contract Law and as a
member of the ABA's Forum Committee on Construction
Industry, Public Contract Law Section and its Litigation
Section.
