Biography:
A member of Delta Theta Phi, Mr. Manahan was a Georgetown Legal Intern and E. Barrett Prettyman Fellow from 1966 to 1968, and Associate Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal from 1964 to 1966. He is the Author of Law and Tactics in Exclusionary Hearings, Coiner Publications, Ltd., Washington, D. C., 1969.
Mr. Manahan held the position of Morris County Prosecutor from 1977 to 1982.
He is a Master of the Worrall F. Mountain American Inn of Court, and a Member of the Morris County (Trustee, 1979-1982) and New Jersey State (Trustee, Criminal Law Section) Bar Associations.
Mr. Manahan serves as an Editor of the
New Jersey Lawyer and is a Fellow of the American BAr Foundation.
