Biography:
Mr. Hughes began his legal career as a Captain in the United
States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, assigned to the 82d Airborne
Division. He remained in the Army Reserve until 1994. He is a Member of the
Morris County, New Jersey State, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations; and
The District of Columbia Bar. He is a Master in the American Inn of Court.
The Supreme Court of New Jersey, Board of Trial Attorney Certification, has
designated Mr. Hughes a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
