Mr. Falanga is a Partner in the Corporate Department and a member of our practice groups in Banking Law and Finance, Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditor's Rights and Corporate Law and Transactions. Mr. Falanga joined Connell Foley in 1993, after completing a clerkship with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. During Law School, Mr. Falanga was a Member (1990-1991) and Editor-in-Chief (1991-1992) of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. Mr. Falanga also completed student internships with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and the Superior Court of New Jersey.
